Are you looking for something to do this weekend in Massachusetts? Here are some fun ideas.
If you have a sweet tooth, you need to get to Shriners Auditorium in Wilmington for The Chocolate Expo from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The event features tastings and sales of chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, cheeses, dairy products, craft beverages, and other ready-to-eat foods. Kids can enjoy balloon sculptures and you can even meet the voices of Elmo and Kermit the Frog.
Does winter have you dreaming of hitting the road this summer? You can plan your next camping trip at the Camping World RV Expo at the DCU Center in Worcester from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are free.
If you’ve given up on escaping winter, why not embrace it at the 4th annual Winterfest in Newton? Events are planned on both Saturday and Sunday, including ice sculptures, free hot chocolate, and live music.
Many local libraries have also planned Lunar New Year celebrations. Check your local branch to find out more.
Whatever you end up doing, have fun!
