A+ Forecast Tuesday

NEXT FEW DAYS

It doesn’t get much better than what we’re forecasting for Tuesday afternoon! Plenty of sunshine, low humidity, with temperatures either side of 80 can be expected for the second half of today. The UV Index will be very high, so keep that in mind when venturing out.

More of the same Wednesday with increasing afternoon clouds and temps a degree or two warmer, highs low 80s. The humidity may sneak up a bit late in the day but stays tolerable.

LATE WEEK STORMS

Our next storm system arrives Thursday which will be noticeably more humid. Showers with embedded thunderstorms will develop in the morning along a warm front. A second wave of strong to severe thunderstorms will pass through in the afternoon/evening on a cold front with gusty winds. Although widespread rainfall estimates are around 1/4″, locally higher totals are expected with thunderstorms which may also not enough to put a dent in our severe drought, but we’ll take anything at this point.

Looking warm and dry Friday and into the weekend.
