WELCOME BACK TO FALL
Get set for a seasonable mid-October day with morning 50s and afternoon highs in the lower 60s. Skies will be partly cloudy with more clouds than sun. Gusts 20-25 mph this afternoon will contribute to the Fall-feel.
Thursday will be the coolest of the week. Have a jacket on hand all day for morning 30s then highs in the mid 50s. A few inland towns could start with frost, but I’m not expecting it to be widespread. Mostly sunny skies are expected inland with some clouds at the coast, thickest all day over Cape Cod. The Cape is the only area at risk for a spot shower in the afternoon or evening.
WARM WEEKEND
Warmer air will move in this weekend. In fact, temperatures should get back to the lower 60s Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be the warmest with the potential for some low 70s on the map! The weekend will be bright and less breezy.
