‘Disturbing crime’: Man accused of killing Lynn sub shop owner in the U.S. illegally, ICE says

Eric Dionida German-Pena, the man accused of killing Lynn sub shop owner Ilias ‘Louie’ Mavros, is a Dominican national who is in the country illegally, federal immigration officials said Monday.
