BROOKLINE, Mass. — An 18-year-old has been hospitalized after a shooting in Brookline.
According to Brookline police, around 1:25 a.m. on Saturday officers received multiple calls for shots fired in the area of New Terrace Road.
Upon arrival, officers located several spent shell casings but no victim.
Police later learned that an 18-year-old male had walked into Brigham and Women’s Hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the hip.
A vehicle was located at the hospital that appeared to have bullet holes in it, police said.
Police are investigating the incident.
